I mentioned I was looking for a quote and Kristine, an assistant, took all my info and stated someone would get back to me shortly. Bundling my home and auto was a great decision. Jordan was extremely helpful in walking me through my coverage at the time versus what my coverage's should be. I had no idea that I could actually include rental coverage in case my car was ever in the shop! Amazing Quick Service every time response to emails very very quickly I do everything through email with them I've never actually had to walk into their building great advice for a teen son of mine and car insurance and always on my side when one of the companies they had picked had increased by rates for no reason at all they found me a cheaper company and it's better than doing all that work myself I highly recommend them to everyone

Above and beyond service. I switched from Progressive through AAA because they never ran my policy to see if there were better rates for me, my premium kept climbing even though I have a spotless record and held ins. with them for over 5 years, and their staff wasn't friendly. Here Jordan worked with me to increase my covered amount for less, he promptly made any changes I needed even remembered I went on Vaca since last we chatted. Now at the end of my very 1st 6month policy Kristen without being asked to ran my policy to see if it was still the best price. It wasn't she reached out to me with some suggestions and I now will be saving even more money most of this done through email. I didn't loose time from work or need to go in for forms. Couldn't ask for better customer service, I know they don't provide the insurance directly and cant control somethings but I truly feel they are on my side not the big ins. companies.
